SNR (stake not returned)
Free-bet wins pay profit only — the free-bet stake itself is not paid back.
SNR means a winning free bet returns profit only. At 5/1 with a £10 SNR free bet you get £50, not £60. Almost all modern UK welcome free bets are SNR.
Worked example
£10 free bet at 5/1: SNR = £50 · SR = £60. Gap = face stake.
